Studio - Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 21 July 2026

1. Company systems and content are for authorised business use only.
2. Do not copy, download, photograph, screen-record or share client content except as required by your assigned task and approved workflow.
3. Use only company-approved software and storage. No personal cloud, USB or email for content.
4. Keep credentials private; never share accounts. Enable MFA where offered.
5. Report any suspected security incident immediately (see Incident Response).
6. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination.
