Ingest outside work

Bring in a deliverable produced OUTSIDE the DCC pipeline (freelancer, off-system, or vendor) for sh030 animation [DONUT-DEMO]. It becomes a normal dailies submission and flows through the SAME review/approval queue as in-house work.
