Steps
- Submit from DCC with correct show/seq/shot context.
- Supervisor clears the Review Queue with approve/retake notes.
- Build a Dailies Session or Playlist for screening.
- Share client links only after internal approval when required.
Gotchas
- Retake notes should reference the exact file/version when possible.
- Client links may expire - regenerate rather than resharing old URLs.
