403 / missing page

Check role, module toggle (Configurator), and license module ceiling. Note the ER code.

500 errors

Copy ER-XXXXXX for admins to trace.

Access denied, missing pages, and error reference codes.

Steps

1. Note the exact error, URL, and time (studio timezone).
2. Check module gate / 403 - feature may be disabled for your role.
3. Retry after cache refresh; capture logs if it persists.
4. Escalate to pipeline with repro steps and screenshot.
