VFXBoi is your pipeline + operations hub: daily work, production tracking, dailies/review, render farm, HR, and finance in one place. The sidebar groups areas by role.
First 15 minutes
- Check in under Attendance so hours are tracked.
- Complete My Profile - bank/ID fields may need HR approval (yellow badge).
- Open My Tasks and My Shots to see assigned work.
- Press Ctrl+K to search any page, shot, issue, or help article.

Steps
- Sign in and confirm your profile under My Profile.
- Check in on the Attendance page before starting work.
- Open My Tasks or My Shots for assigned work.
- Use Ctrl+K to search pages, shots, issues, and help articles.
- Bookmark this Help Center category for your role.
Gotchas
- Sidebar links hide when a module is disabled in Studio Settings.
- Timestamps use the studio timezone - not your laptop travel zone.
