Studio Settings

One place to shape the studio. Modules = what you run (within your plan). Structure = roles, seniority, departments and approvals. Small teams can collapse the complexity; larger studios turn it on. Admin and Artist are always available.

Quick setup

Solo

One person does everything. No hierarchy, no departments, no approvals.

Small (2-10) current

A few hats, flat roles, light setup. Approvals off.

Mid (10-40)

3 tiers, departments + approvals on.

Large (40+) recommended

Full 4-tier hierarchy, every role, full separation of duties.

Turn modules on or off for the whole studio. A module you have not licensed cannot be turned on here or anywhere else - the licence is the ceiling.

Auth, admin and settings always stay available, so you can re-enable anything at any time.

Roles and seniority tiers

Turn off roles you don't use. Flat tiers mean no hierarchy within a role. Admin is separate; Artist is always on.
