AI helps with document work - reading resumes, scanning ID/documents, and suggesting text. This page shows whether it is on and how your data is handled. AI is provided and managed by VFXBoi as part of your plan.

On Resume parsing, ID/document reading and suggestions are available.
How your data is handled
  • Off by default: if AI is turned off, fields are simply entered by hand - nothing is sent anywhere.
  • Only what's needed: just the document text or image for the task is sent, nothing else.
  • You confirm before saving: document/ID reading never saves on its own - your team ticks each field, and Aadhaar is masked to the last 4 digits.
  • Consent: the public careers page tells applicants that a resume is read by AI.
  • Encrypted at rest: stored PAN, Aadhaar and bank details are encrypted in the database. See encryption.
